These terms govern your use of the 22bdt platform. We've written them in plain language so you actually understand what you're agreeing to — no legal jargon designed to confuse. Please read them before you register or deposit.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses on 22bdt come with wagering requirements. These are clearly stated when a bonus is offered. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation.

Eligibility

To register and use 22bdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 22bdt does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be accessing 22bdt from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 22bdt employee.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must not have a previously closed or suspended 22bdt account unless explicitly reinstated by our team.

22bdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 22bdt. Any account found to be registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 22bdt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering your 22bdt account, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or notify support.

  • Never share your login credentials with anyone else.

Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 22bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited to your 22bdt account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Payment page and may vary by payment method. 22bdt does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider before depositing.

  • Only deposit funds that belong to you. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.
  • 22bdt reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw your available balance to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawals are processed in BDT. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 hours for verified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal, 22bdt may require identity verification (KYC). This is a standard process and protects both you and the platform. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID or other documentation. Verified accounts experience faster withdrawal processing.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts are listed on the Payment page.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
  • Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • 22bdt reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending security checks.

Bonuses and Promotions

22bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is the number of times you must play through the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawal.

  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
  • Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer.
  • 22bdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
  • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploiting software errors — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
  • Free bets and free spins are subject to the same wagering rules unless stated otherwise.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 22bdt — including European Blackjack, Jacks or Better, Pirate Fishing, Pappu, Volleyball, and MT Live — use a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by previous results, player behaviour, or platform settings.

Each game has its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 22bdt is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

  • In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
  • If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, 22bdt reserves the right to correct the payout to the correct amount.
  • Disconnections during live games are handled according to the individual game's disconnection policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 22bdt and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

  • Registering more than one account on 22bdt.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
  • Using 22bdt for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the 22bdt platform or its software.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22bdt staff or other players.

22bdt actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

22bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email or via the contact details on your account. You will have the opportunity to respond and provide any information requested. If the suspension is found to be in error, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

You may also close your 22bdt account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.
